Format templates are e-mail or letter templates for the repeated sending of messages. They contain frame information on the message text that should appear in every message. Together with the correspondence templates, which contain the content of the message, they form the e-mail or letter

Required rights   

  • Create format templates


Proceed as follows: 

  1. Open the page Format templates
  2. Click on the button  Format Template. The input form is displayed.
  3. Fill in the input form:

    Note  

    Elements of the input form:
    Mandatory fields are marked with *, optional fields without marking.

  4. Continue with one of the following options.


A) Type: Email

  1. Fill in the input form:
    • Template*: In the languages that are to be available. This matches the frame of the email, such as the footer

      Attention  

      The placeholder {CORRESPONDENCE_TEMPLATE:CONTENT} must be provided. It inserts the content of the correspondence template at the position.

    • Font
    • Font Size
    • Custom Stylesheet
  2. Click on the button  Create to save the entries. The format template page is displayed. Here you can see an overview of the previously entered details.


B) German standard letter DIN-5008: Type B

  1. Fill in the input form:

    Note  

    You can switch off fields, select contents or make entries by fixed text.

    • Sender Line
    • Contact Person
    • Telephone
    • Email
    • Footer Left
    • Footer Center Left
    • Footer Center Right
    • Footer Right
  2. Click on the Button   Create to save the entries. The format template page is displayed. Here you can see an overview of the previously entered details.


You can edit the details via the icon   or remove the template via the   Delete button.
