Categories can be selected in the job opening. They are used to thematically assign and organize job postings and applications. Additionally, they can be used as placeholders in the job posting template and correspondence template (placeholder name: Job Opening - Categories). Furthermore, they can be used as filters in the widget.
Follow these steps:
- Open the page Master Data.
- Click on the list entry Categories. The page with the same name will be displayed.
- Click on the button + Category. An input form will be displayed.
- Fill out the input form:
- Display Name
- Organizational Unit
- Click on the button Create to save the entries. The Categories page with an overview of all created categories will be displayed.
OR
Click on the the button Create and Create Another. The input form will be displayed again, allowing you to add more categories.
