Categories can be selected in the Job Opening. They can be used as placeholders in the Job Advertisement Template and Correspondence Template (Job Opening - Categories). They can serve as filters in the widget.

  • Master Data | create


Proceed as follows:

  1. Click on the Administration menu item. The page with the same name is displayed.
  2. In the General Administration area, click the Master Data card. The page with the same name is displayed.
  3. Click on Categories. The page with the same name is displayed.
  4. Click on the button   Create Category. The input form of the same name is displayed.
  5. Fill in the input form.
    Elements of the input form:
    Required fields marked with *, optional fields without marking.
    Display name*
    Organizational Unit
  6. Click on  Create to save the entries. The Categories page with an overview of all created categories is displayed
    or
    Click on   Create and Create another. The Create Category input form is displayed.
