You can create multiple companies and select them in job openings and personnel requisitions. The company details can be used as placeholders in job posting and correspondence templates. This ensures that the appropriate data, such as the footer, is always displayed for each job posting or correspondence.

Having different companies helps you manage data efficiently and standardize your processes.


Required permissions  

  • Create master data

Follow these steps:

  1. Open the page Master data.
  2. Click on the list entry Companies. The page with the same name will be displayed.
  3. Click on the button Company. An input form will be displayed.
  4. Fill out the input form.
    • Name
    • Organizational unit
    • Country
    • Address addition
    • Street
    • Postal code, City
    • Description 1-10
  5. Click on the button Create to save the entries. The Companies page with an overview of all created companies will be displayed.

    Click on the button Create and add another. The Create company input form will be displayed again.
