Explanation of term
Screening question collections combine multiple screening questions into a group. This allows you to add multiple screening questions to a job posting and therefore also to the application form with a single selection. This gives you maximum flexibility in the types of questions you ask candidates.
Example of a screening question collection "Apprentice":
- What are your hobbies?
- Have you already completed an internship in this field?
- When will you graduate?
- What was your last grade in mathematics?
Configuration
Screening question collections are created in the master data.

System Behavior
- Assigning to a Collection
Once the screening question collection is created, individual screening questions that already exist need to be assigned to a collection to make them selectable with the collection. Read more here. - Setting the Order
Screening questions can be sorted by dragging and dropping. The order of screening questions within the collection, as seen by the applicant, matches the order in which the questions are arranged in the screening questions. - Limitations
Filtering by screening question collections, use as placeholders, or evaluation via reports is not possible for screening question collections.
How Our Customers Use This
Screening question collections allow you to add specific questions to a job posting right when it's created and to decide which questions you want to ask. This helps keep the application form concise, adding only these questions as needed. This maximizes your flexibility and prevents questions that are relevant only to certain applicant groups from mistakenly appearing on the application form.
