You can submit job postings automatically to service providers such as staffing agencies or job posting service providers (agencies, job boards, etc.).

This works in several ways. 


Mediateam

From texting, about spelling and General Act on Equal Treatment check to job board consulting or contingent management. We'll assist you with ad placement. 


Interface

This is where you use your own contingencies with job boards or arrangements with other service providers.

Please discuss directly with the service providers how often and in what way the interface will be retrieved and any changes should be updated. The data are available on the part of the d.vinci permanently and up to date to the second in the interface for retrieval.


Email

You can send an email with all the contents of the job ad to service providers or colleagues. 


Go as follows:

  1. Set up a publishing channel for the service provider. Enter the email address of the person who should receive a ZIP file with all details of the publication. Select the organizational unit in which the publication should be activated.

  2. Set up an application portal, which you link to the job publication channel. 
  3. Activate the job publication channel in the job publication. A submenu is displayed.
  4. Click on  Send job advertisement. The Send job advertisement input form will be displayed. 

  5. Fill the input form.

  6. Click the button  Send job advertisement.

d.vinci sends an email with all the information to the recipient. The Publication page is displayed with the details of the publication. 


Caution  

Changes to the publication are not automatically passed to the service providers via this route. You will need to inform them separately.


Via the URL to the application portal your service providers can inform themselves about which jobs should be advertised. 


Go as follows:

  1. Set up an application portal as in Connect job boards to d.vinci
  2. Open the job application portal.
  3. Copy the URL and email that exact URL to the service provider, asking them to independently check the site to see if there is a new job advertisements online.
