In the hiring request, the Vacancy Number field can be maintained. This helps you keep track of the vacancy numbers of previously completed hiring requests.

  • Field type
    The field Vacancy Number is a free text field. Both letters and numbers can be entered.
  • Manual entry
    A manual entry is required. Vacancy numbers cannot be centrally stored or selected via a dropdown menu.
  • Filtering by vacancy number
    In the hiring request overview, you can filter by the vacancy number.
  • Placeholder usage
    The vacancy number can be used as a placeholder (Hiring request – Vacancy Number; {HIRING_REQUEST:VACANCY_NUMBER}) in the job posting template and the correspondence template.
  • Evaluation of vacancy numbers
    In the "Vacancies" report, you can evaluate the vacancy numbers.

Vacancy numbers are often used by customers in the public sector. Future positions are often associated with so-called vacancies, which have a specific number. This number is entered in the hiring request to keep track.
