Explanation of term
The homepage can be used as a kind of mini-career site. We then refer to the application portal, which is visible to applicants and other externals. If the homepage is activated, you can design it with additional information about your job postings, an image, and the job list.
Configuration
After creating a new application portal, you can then press the Activate Homepage button in the Homepage tab to display the homepage. See also: Create Application Portal
System behavior
- Activated vs. Deactivated
In the Homepage tab, you can activate or deactivate it. If activated, the application portal will be displayed. If not activated, a pure list of publications will be displayed on the page. The display of the application portal with image, headline, and additional content, job list, and footer is only possible by activating the homepage. - Where is the application portal accessible?
The application portal (the mini-career site) or the pure list of publications is accessible via the URL of the application portal. - Help with Configuration
Instructions for configuration can be found in the main article Application Portal
How uro customers use this
If you do not display your job advertisement via a job list on a website and also do not use your own CMS on your website, you have probably decided to use our application portal. This will only be displayed when the homepage is activated, accordingly, all customers who use the application portal implement this setting.
