In the application portal you have the possibility to provide all applications received via this application portal with a fixed source. 

This makes reporting more meaningful, as applicants can no longer select sources they did not apply through. 


The question "How did you find out about us" is no longer displayed on the application questionnaire as soon as a fixed source has been deposited. 


Examples of use:

All applications that come in via the intranet are assigned the source intranet from the master data. 


Attention  

If you store the fixed source "Homepage" in the portal Homepage, this could falsify your reporting, as a candidate may have become aware of you through a trade fair. Therefore the fixed sources are only suitable for unique portals with unique sources.
