When you open the page Workflows, the following is displayed.
The following functions are available on this page:
- Icon on the right side shows you the collection basket for mass processing.
- Button Application statuses
- Button Automated status changes
- Button Task definitions
- Button Workflow
In the rows of this view you will see the following:
- Icon
If it is a system workflow - Name of the Workflows
- Option of the workflow (e.g. Selectable in job openings)
- Organizational unit
- Icon
- Icon
You can open the workflow by clicking on the line or on the icon .
