You can access the page by calling the Menu, pressing Basic Settings and selecting the Calendar tab.
Appointments section
Send Email for Appointments: Allows you to specify whether appointments should be sent with a calendar file.

No appointments will be sent from d.vinci to your calendar. You have to enter the appointments yourself. - Without iCal
An appointment will be generated - With iCal - Logged In User is Organizer
- With iCal - Default Email Sender is Organizer
Send iCal as Private: Controls whether the calendar entry should be marked as private. This means it would not show appointment details to colleagues who open your calendars - not even in the title of the appointment.
Calendar Integration section
Interface:
- Active
Only with active interface the calendar integration can be used. - Inactive
Calendars:
iCloud, Exchange, Google, Outlook.com, Office 356
Create Appointments as Private:
- Yes

Should be selected while testing calendar integration or if you have calendar integration enabled in the Plus version.
