Publication templates can be selected when creating a new job publication.

There are two places in the system where publication templates can be used.


Select template in job opening

Follow these steps:

  1. Open a job opening where you want to create a new publication.
  2. Click on the plus icon in the Job Publication card. An input form will be displayed.
  3. Click on the two-squares icon on the side. A selection menu will appear in the foreground.
  4. Select a template and click on the button Use template. The contents of the template will be transferred to the input form. The input form Job Publication will be displayed.
  5. Fill out the input form further and complete/overwrite any fields that were filled by the template but do not match the current publication.
  6. Click on the button Create to save your entries. The publication is now created.

Select template in hiring request

Follow these steps:

  1. Open a hiring request where you want to create a new job opening and publication.
  2. Click on the button Complete hiring request. A selection menu will appear in the foreground.
  3. Click on Create new job opening. The input form for the job opening will be displayed.
  4. Fill out the input form and click on the button Save and Create Create Job Publication. The input form for the job publication will be displayed.
  5. Click on the two-squares icon on the side. A selection menu will appear in the foreground.
  6. Select a template and click on the button Use Template. The contents of the template will be transferred to the input form. The input form Job Publication will be displayed.
  7. Fill out the input form further and complete/overwrite any fields that were filled by the template but do not match the current publication.
  8. Click on the button Create to save your entries. The publication is now created.


Note

  • The selection of a job publication template is only possible when creating a new publication.
    It does not matter whether the publication is created from the job opening or if a hiring request is converted into a job opening and a publication is created in the process.
  • Please select a job publication template first and then fill out the other fields. Otherwise, selecting a template may overwrite already existing content.
