Job Openings can be archived so that they are no longer displayed in the job opening overview each time they are called up.


Proceed as follows:


  1. Open the job opening that should no longer be displayed in the overview.
  2. Press the button  Archive. A success message is displayed on top of the page.

Reactivation
Should you wish to reactivate an archived RFP, we recommend that you copy the RFP. Otherwise, you will delete the reporting for the already archived alert.


Note

  • If the button is grayed out, there are still applications on it that are not in a final status.

  • As soon as you reload the job opening overview, the job opening will no longer be displayed because the filter Active, Inactive determines the view.
