A questionnaire is a form used to collect specific information from the applicant. Questionnaires use previously created questions. Different types have different purposes. More on this in the main article:  Questionnaire

Follow these steps: 

1. Open the page Questionnaires.
2. Click on  Questionnaire. The corresponding entry form will be displayed.  
3. Fill in the entry form.
   Guidelines for configuration can be found in the main article: Questionnaire
   • Display Name
   • Organizational Unit
   • Type
   • Screening Questions
   • Application Portal (For all types except Application Questionnaire)
   • Selectable in Job Openings (For type Application Questionnaire)
4. Click on  Create to save the entry. The Questionnaire page will be displayed.
5. Now configure the contents of the questionnaire.

Delete Single Questionnaire

Follow these steps:

1. Open the page Questionnaires. The page Questionnaires with an overview of the created questionnaires will be displayed.
2. Click on the name of the questionnaire you want to delete. The page Questionnaires with the details of the questionnaire will be displayed. 
3. Click on the button   Delete. A pop-up window will appear asking if you want to safely delete the item.
   In some cases, dependencies are listed here. If the questionnaire is currently in active use, it must first be removed from the listed location before you can delete it.
   Click on the turquoise link to proceed to the page where you can remove the dependency, and then continue with step 4.
4. Click on the button Delete. The page Questionnaires will be displayed.

Delete Multiple Questionnaires Simultaneously

Follow these steps:

1. Open the page Questionnaires. The page Questionnaires page with an overview of the created questionnaires will be displayed.
2. Click on the checkbox  next to the names of the questionnaires you want to delete. The checkbox will be ticked  .  
3. Click on the button  Delete Selected. A pop-up window will appear asking if you want to safely delete the items.
   In some cases, dependencies are listed here. If the questionnaire is currently in active use, it must first be removed from the listed location before you can delete it.
   Click on the turquoise link to proceed to the page where you can remove the dependency, and then continue with step 4.
4. Click on the Delete button. The page Questionnaires will be displayed.

Delete All Questionnaires Simultaneously

Follow these steps:

1. Open the Questionnaires page. The page Questionnaires with an overview of the created questionnaires will be displayed.
2. Click on the button with the gear icon. A selection menu will appear.
3. Click on the button  Select All to select all created media. The checkboxes will be ticked. Alternatively, you can undo the selection by clicking the button  Select None. 
4. Click on the button  Delete Selected. A pop-up window will appear asking if you want to safely delete the items.  
5. Click on the button Delete . The page Questionnaires will be displayed.
