TABLE OF CONTENTS

Through a applicant pool or talent pool you can find applications based on keywords independent of the advertisement. Applications can be provided with key words . In this way, suitable applicants can be viewed at any time in the pool candidates area. In addition,  pins can be set as favourites so that you can access the pool with the keyword more quickly.

Caution

Only applications that are on a pool status will be considered for the pool candidate view.

Required rights

  • View applications

Proceed as follows:

Create application status

Create application status

1) Pool candidate requested

With this status you can ask applicants if they would like to be included in the pool.

Display Name: Pool candidate requested

Required Permissions: e.g. application status of the role "Human Resources (default)"

Icon: Blue person with question mark

Choose reason for rejection: Yes

Add keywords: Yes

Forward questionnaire: Yes

Correspondence mandatory: Yes

2) Pool candidate

This is the status for applicants who have agreed to be included in the pool of candidates.

The keywords will become a pool card once the applicant is on pool status.

Display name: Pool candidate

Required Permssions: For example application status of the role "Human Resources (standard)"
If the line management should also see the talents in the pool, then it makes sense to add this permission there as well: "Application status of the role "Line Management (standard)"

If you have several organisational units and only certain people should see all pool candidates, a separate role must be created "View pool candidates globally."

Questionnaire for Forwarding

Create questionnaire

An application status can be used to send a questionnaire, which the person contacted can use to agree to be included in the pool.

Tab Form:
Section Application Form:
Consent for extended use: mandatory field: consent required

Create automated status changes

Create automated status change

To ensure that you don't forget anything and that the process runs smoothly, automatic status changes are a good idea.

1) Pool admission confirmed

Once the applicants agree, the status changes to "pool candidate:in".

Name: Pool admission confirmed

Initial status: Pool candidate requested

Target status: Pool candidate

Trigger: Questionnaire was filled out

2) Pool admission requested - No response

If the person does not respond positively, the status changes to canceled and the routine for the status begins.

Name: Pool admission requested: No response
Initial status: Pool candidate requested

Target status: Rejected

Trigger: Last status change
Time Delay: for example 14 calendar days

Create correspondence template

Create a correspondence template

The correspondence is, at best, a mixture of rejection and pool acceptance.

Name: Pool candidate request

Organisational Unit: Global
