Pay Grades can be selected in the hiring request. They are used to link the position in a job posting or application with the corresponding pay grade. Additionally, they can be used as placeholders in the job advertisement template and correspondence template (placeholder name: Hiring Request - Pay Grade).
Follow these steps:
- Open the page Master Data.
- Click on Pay Grades. The page with the same name will be displayed.
- Click on the button + Pay Grade. The input form with the same name will be displayed.
- Fill out the input form:
- Display Name*
- Organizational Unit*
- Click on the button Create to save the entries. The Pay Grades page with an overview of all created pay grades will be displayed.
OR
Click on the button Create and Create Another . The input form will be displayed again, allowing you to add more pay grades.
