Explanation of term
Occupational groups can be selected in the hiring request and allow for a contractual/tariff classification of the position to be filled.

Construction jobs, adult education, commercial and office jobs, healthcare jobs, hotel and gastronomy - Number
You can create as many occupational groups as you like in the master data. - Selection in the hiring request
Occupational groups are selected in the hiring request. Only one value can be listed. - Field schema configuration
Through the field schema configuration in the hiring request, the occupational group field can be shown, hidden, or defined as a mandatory field. - Placeholder usage
The occupational group can be used as a placeholder (Hiring request - Occupational group) in job posting templates and correspondence templates. - Filtering
In the application list, the application overview, and the job opening overview, there is no filter to search by occupational group. - Evaluation
An evaluation of occupational groups is possible via the export of hiring requests. - Data transfer
The data is not transferred to the job opening after a hiring request is completed. - Changes
If you rename occupational groups, these new names will be directly replaced in all hiring requests where they were previously inserted. - Deletion
Occupational groups can be deleted. They will remain in the hiring requests until you manually remove or replace them with a new selection.
How our customers use this
Occupational groups are only used by customers who utilize hiring requests. They are often a tool for classification into a tariff group.
