When you open the page Applications, you will first see a view with the Job Openings tab open.
This page could also be called application overview
If you are working with group permissions and they apply to you, you will see the view with the filter With user group permission: Yes is displayed.

Here you can enter a new application into the system. - Information chart Average idle time in days
A maximum of 7 statuses with the longest wait times are displayed here. The number of days shows how many days on average a status does not change.
The view shows the status of the job opening, the main title of the job opening, the location and the organizational unit, if used the Permanent Posts Filled. Next to them are up to 10 status icons. These can be supplemented by a number badge. You can call up further status icons by clicking on the title of the advertisement. You will then be forwarded to the application list.
