Questionnaires for sending can be sent to an applicant via a status change with a correspondence template. The form fields/ screening questions contained in the questionnaire can be completed by the applicant and sent to your d.vinci. The information from this questionnaire is saved directly in the application. 


There are two ways to send a questionnaire to an applicant. Manually when changing status or via an automatic status change.

Send manually via status change

Note  

You need a correspondence template with the placeholder {QUESTIONNAIRE:URL} beforehand.


Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the application of the candidate who is to receive a questionnaire. The Application page is displayed.
  2. Click on the Button  Change status. A selection menu is displayed. 
  3. Click on the status with a stored questionnaire. The Change Application Status input form is displayed. 
  4. In the Correspondence template field, select a correspondence that contains a placeholder {QUESTIONNAIRE:URL}.
  5. For the Questionnaire field, select the questionnaire.
  6. Click on  Execute Status Change. The Application page appears with a note on the status change.


Send automatically via an automated status change 

Note  

You first need a correspondence template for which automatic dispatch is possible and that includes the placeholder {QUESTIONNAIRE:URL}.


Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the page Automated status change. The page with the same name is displayed.
  2. Click on the Button   Automated status change. The input form of the same name is displayed.
  3. Create the Automated status change. Select Last status change or Appointment date reached as the trigger. 
  4. In the field Correspondence template, select a correspondence that contains a placeholder {QUESTIONNAIRE:URL} and is intended for automatic sending. 
  5. Click on Create. The Automated status change page appears with a note on creation.
