When you open a job opening, the fourth tab is Costs.

You can add a comment via the    Comment button. 

Use the    Reminder buttor to create a reminder for the job opening. 

You can reach the following buttons via the    Icon:

The following functions are available here:

  • Button   Costs
    Here you can record the data of the costs incurred by filling in the fields date, amount, cost type and purpose.
  • Icon  
    Here you can delete the recorded costs.


It is not possible to change costs once they have been recorded. The data record must be deleted and created again.
