Explanation of Term

When commissioning the d.vinci applicant management system, an initial layout is included – unless otherwise agreed in the offer. This initial layout is based on your current career page and includes the creation of a job list and a layout. This ensures that your job list, job postings, questionnaires, and application forms are displayed in your corporate design (e.g., primary color and font). This means that we design the applicant-facing elements of the d.vinci system on your career page in a consistent design. This way, your applicant management system is seamlessly integrated into your branding.


Requirements for the Creation of the Initial Layout

  • Fonts
    If you use fonts that are not freely available, please provide them to us as a file in one of the following formats: *.otf, *.ttf, *.woff, and/or *.woff2. 
  • Logo and Favicon
    We require your logo and favicon to fully adapt the layout to your corporate design.
  • Lead Time
    We need a lead time of approximately 14 days for the creation of the initial layout. A workshop can also take place without an existing initial layout. However, participants will need a bit more abstraction ability to imagine how certain areas will later appear in the external presentation.


Additional Layout

If you need a separate styling for sub-companies or other business areas characterized by different fonts, color schemes, or design elements, these adjustments count as additional layouts. In this case, we are happy to provide you with an offer. Feel free to contact us. 

If it is merely a matter of replacing the logo without needing to adjust the color scheme, font, or other design elements, you can make these changes yourself. Simply edit the existing layout. In this case, no additional offer is required.
