Definition
During the recruiting process, sensitive documents such as salary agreements, internal approvals, or strategic notes are often created. These can be marked as confidential so that only managers or selected HR staff with the appropriate permissions have access.

Confidential attachments can only be seen by users who have the role permission Confidential information of applications | view/edit. This is intended in the Human Resources (Standard) role. - Attachments

During a status change, confidential documents and/or messages may be generated, such as employment contracts or messages containing sensitive information. These documents are also displayed in the application history, where they may be visible to users who should not see them.
For this reason, there is a field confidential information field for each application status.
