After completing an application process, if you want to receive feedback about your recruiting from a candidate via Feedback with kununu and forward this feedback to kununu, the function must first be set up.

Proceed as follows:

1. Create a Feedback Form

Create a Feedback Form.

Select Type: Kununu Feedback Form.


2. Create a Correspondence Template

Create a Correspondence Template.

Select the feedback form created in Step 1 as the Questionnaire. In the content, insert the placeholder Questionnaire - URL or {QUESTIONNAIRE:URL}.


3. Create/Check Master Data

  • Create a Location or check the existing data. Check if the address details (street, house number, postal code, and city) are correctly maintained for work locations. These are necessary for the transfer/assignment to your company profile on kununu.
  • Create a Company or check the existing data. Check if the company name is correctly maintained. The name used should be the one you use for communication with external parties. This is the basis for assigning it to your kununu profile. Also, make sure to maintain the company's location as this may also be required by kununu.

Note

Since work locations are maintained differently, there is a technical fallback that uses the address data of the posting company if no address data is maintained for the work location. You can decide whether to maintain one, the other, or both for safety.


4. Activate Partner Integration

To not only receive feedback in your d.vinci system but also forward it to kununu, the interface must be activated.

  • Configure Basic Settings

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the page Basic Settings.
  2. Click on the Partner Integration tab.
  3. Click on one of the icons to edit the data.
  4. In the Feedback with kununu section, click on Active to activate the interface to kununu.
