Explanation of term

Feedback with kununu allows you to collect feedback from applicants after the completion of an application process. They fill out a specially designed questionnaire of the type kununu questionnaire. The responses can then be transferred to kununu and published in your company profile. At the same time, you receive the data for internal evaluation in your d.vinci reporting.


Your advantage

Feedback plays a central role in the application process – whether it is a response regarding the speed of application processing or a short conversation after an initial introduction. Only through feedback from applicants can companies rethink and adjust their application process. That’s why we have integrated kununu, Europe’s largest employer review platform, into our d.vinci applicant management system.

Configuration

To use this feature, it must first be set up and activated: Get started with Feedback with kununu

Do you want to display your kununu score on your career page?

You can find setup instructions in your company profile on kununu. If you have any questions, please contact kununu directly. Once the score code is generated, we can also integrate it into your job postings. Feel free to reach out to us. We will check the possibility and provide you with an offer if applicable.


System behavior

  • Requirements
    You need a configured desired job location or company location, whose values have been maintained in the job posting. This allows kununu to assign the feedback from d.vinci to your company profile on kununu.

  • Reporting
    Feedback results can be viewed in the graphical report Applicant Feedback and Applicant Feedback Text Responses. Additionally, an evaluation is possible via the Excel raw data report Applicant Feedback and the reporting interface.


How our customers use this

Our customers use feedback with kununu to provide applicants with a realistic picture of the application process and to gather suggestions for further improvements. The data does not have to be transferred to kununu. You can first optimize your processes based on the received feedback and then approve later feedback for publication.
