Notice
- The job advertisement is composed of job ad template, job opening and job publication. To change texts, the respective elements must be changed before the preview is called up again.
The link to the preview is only valid for 3 seconds. After that, the preview cannot be accessed again via the link. If a view is to be made available to someone without these jobs appearing on the website or other publication channels, a separate application portal can be created for this purpose. Read more here:
View job ad as PDF
The job advertisement can be output as a PDF document to use it as a notice board, for example. This PDF job advertisement is largely identical to the online job advertisement on your website, but it does not contain URL information and interaction elements such as buttons, as these are not used on paper. In addition, the job ad is always scaled to fit on a printed page. So you can print the job ad and hang it up, or send it as a PDF document.
Proceed as follows:
- Open the page Job Openings.
- Open the job opening and after that an existing job publication.
- Click on Job Advertisements. The modal window of the same name is displayed.
- Click on the button PDF after the name of the application portal whose view you want. The PDF preview will be displayed or downloaded depending on the settings of your browser.

A QR code, for example, is currently in great demand, which takes the interested party directly to the job advertisement on your homepage. The QR code would be placed in the bottom right-hand corner of the PDF. This way, the potential applicant has the job directly on their mobile phone.
