This guide shows you step-by-step how to gather Applicant Feedback.


Applicant Feedback is a feature of the Candidate Experience module.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Create Form Field if you want to create additional Feedback Questions beyond the standard ones.
  2. Create or edit Application Questionnaire. Select any number of Feedback Questions in the field of the same name.
  3. Customize text of Confirmation Page.
  4. The Applicant will see the Feedback Questions after they have successfully submitted their Application via the Job Advertisement.
  5. You can evaluate received Feedback using the Applicant Feedback and Applicant Feedback: Text Responses reports.
