The Vacancy Number field can be maintained in the Hiring Request. This makes it easier for you to keep track of the Vacancy Numbers of the Hiring Requests that have already been made.

The Vacancy Number field is a free text field in which both letters and numbers can be entered. A manual entry must always be made. Vacancy Numbers cannot be stored in a central location and selected here through a drop-down menu.

Through the field schema configuration in the Hiring Request, the field can be shown or hidden or defined as a required field.

The Vacancy Number can be selected in the Job Advertisement Template and the Correspondence Template as a placeholder (Hiring Request - Vacancy Number). 

In the Hiring Request overview, you can filter by the Vacancy Number.
