Explanation of term

The confirmation page is displayed to the applicant after completing the application form and sending the application to your company.

In the questionnaire of the type application questionnaire, the content can be added in thetab confirmation page.


System behavior

  • Confirmation message
    The confirmation page always includes a green-highlighted notification about the successful application to your company. By default, this text reads: We have received your application. Thank you.
    You can customize the text of the notification to ensure that the feedback aligns with your company's communication style.
  • Content
    The content field allows you to add additional information that appears below the described notification.
    You can also include text, video, photos, and all other functions provided by the editor.
    For example, you can use this to embed a short image video to show future employees where they would work.
  • Applicant feedback
    In the form section, you can include pre-configured feedback questions to gain insights into how applicants perceived the application process up to that point. You can set this up via applicant feedback.

How our customers use this

Many of our customers adapt the confirmation message to match their company's communication style.
Additionally, the feedback functionality is used to gather information to improve the process from the job opening to the application form.
