You can receive an email notification as soon as a message from applicants arrives.


Configuration

Requirements for receiving the daily notification about replies from applicants:

  • Integrated communication is enabled in the basic settings
  • In the user settings, notification upon incoming messages is set to yes
  • The applicants have applied for a job posting where your user group is assigned
  • Your permissions allow you to see the status of the application
  • The role of the respective user has the permission edit messages


System behavior

  • Receiving a message
    If you have enabled notifications for messages from applicants, you will receive an email in your company mailbox as soon as a new message is waiting for you in d.vinci.

  • Opening the message
    In the email, you can click the link to go directly to the message.
    Alternatively, you can find it in the inbox in d.vinci, but this requires more clicks.
