Configuration

  • In the basic settings, the integrated communication must be activated so that you can überhaupt communicate with applicants über d.vinci.
  • In the user the notification on incoming message must be set to Yes .

 

Behaviour in the system

  • Messages arrive in your inbox. They can also be viewed in the applicant's history.
  • If you have activated the notification in your user, you will receive an e-mail as soon as applicants reply.
  • You can click on the link in the email to get to the message or access it via the inbox in d.vinci.
  • Requirement for receiving daily notification of responses from applicants:
    • In the user, Notification upon incoming message is set to Yes
    • The applicant has applied to a job opening where your user group has been set
    • You can see the status of the applicant/applicants themselves through your permissions
