  • In- and exclusion to the job opening
The field scheme configuration in the job opening allows you to show and hide the target group field and define it as mandatory. If you activate the field in the job opening, we recommend that you update the target group in all active job openings. This is important for the reporting and also for the display of all jobs in the job list if you use the Target group filter. Only by the correct maintenance of the target group in all job openings, all matching jobs will be displayed to the applicant in the job list.

When you use send job ad, the target group is also transferred.

  • Placeholder
The target group can be defined as placeholder (Job opening - Target group) in job advertisement templates and correspondence templates.

  • Filtering in the job list
Applicants can filter by target group in the job list once this filter is used by you.
  • Filter in the job opening list
A filtering at the overview of job openings by target group  is possible.

  • Reporting
An evaluation of the target groups can take place via the Excel raw data report with the data number of job openings.

This is how our customers use it

The target group is a mandatory information in the advertisement for most of our clients, as it is a basic information by which the job list on the website is filtered and job boards also require this information.
