Explanation of term
For collective job openings, such as an initiative job opening, which multiple users can access, it is recommended to use the Give feedback function. This allows multiple users to provide feedback on an application simultaneously.
This function differs from the Make a recommendation function, which allows applicants to be suggested for another position.
Configuration
Users need the Give feedback permission in a role. If this is the case, the button Give feedback will appear in the application under the gear icon .

Comments
Feedback can be accompanied by a comment to provide colleagues with additional information for their decision. The comment can be viewed in the history of the application.
Important: When adding a comment, ensure that no legally problematic content is included.View results
The feedback results can be viewed in the application under the tab Activities in the section Recommendations/Feedbacks.Feedback notifications
Users are not notified about feedback. You must proactively check whether feedback has been provided for an application.Application visibility
Users can view the application until it is moved to a job opening or status that they can no longer access. This also applies if the feedback is negative.
This differs from the Make a recommendation function, where the application can no longer be viewed immediately after a negative response to the recommendation.Changes
Once submitted, feedback cannot be changed. If an addition is necessary, new feedback must be provided, or a comment must be added to the application.Deletion
Feedback cannot be deleted or hidden.
How our customers use this
In addition to the ranking, customers also use the "Give feedback" function to review an application with multiple people. After a certain period or before scheduling an interview, the feedback from colleagues is reviewed in the history and considered in further decision-making.
