You can see the Status of the Job Publication Channels at a glance by the color design of the dot in front of the Job Publication Channel (in the Job Opening overview) and by the color design and icon in the Job Publication.
These elements are influenced by the Status of the Job Publication. If a Job Publication is on Draft status, the Job Publication will not appear in the external view visible to the applicant.

A) In the Job Opening overview

 : Green - The Job Publication is active and can be viewed as a Job Advertisement by the applicant in the application portal linked to the Job Publication Channel

 : Red - The Job Publication scheduled via the calendar page is finished

 : Gray - The Job Publication is on draft, still in approval or has expired

 : Green - A price request has been sent to our media team and or the Job Publication has been placed through the media team and is currently active

 : Gray - The Job Publication has been placed through our mediateam/price request and has expired

B) In the Job Publication

 : Green - The Job Publication is active and can be viewed as a Job Advertisement by the applicant in the Application Portal linked to the Job Publication Channel.
If it is a price request to our media team, the status is also as previously described

 : Red - The Job Publication has expired after being scheduled via the calendar sheet   or the status has been set to OFF

 : Blue - The Job Publication scheduled via the calendar page has ended

 : Green - A price request has been sent to our media team and/or the Job Publication has been placed via the media team and is currently active

 : Gray - The Job Publication has been placed via our mediateam/price request and has expired

Status Multiposting (Job Opening overview and Job Publication)

  : Green - The Job Publication has been placed on the multiposter in the displayed job boards

  : Red - The Job Publication has expired, after it has been placed on the multiposter for the time selected there

  : Gray - The Job Publication is in the "In progress" status at the Multiposter. It is still being prepared for Job Opening

The Job Opening can be activated or deactivated by clicking on the button   /   in the Job Opening overview. This will also deactivate or reactivate all the Job Publication Channels that are still set to On.
