Explanation of term

You can see the status of the job publication channels at a glance by the color coding of the dot in front of the job publication channel (in the job opening overview) and by the color coding and symbol in the job publication. These elements are influenced by the job publication status.

 

If a job publication is in draft status, it will not appear in the external view visible to applicants.


In the Job Opening Overview

 : Green - The job publication is active and can be viewed as a job advertisement by the applicant in the application portal linked to the job publication channel.

 : Red - The job publication scheduled via the calendar has ended.

 : Gray - The job publication is in draft status, still under approval, or has expired.

 : Green - A price inquiry has been sent to us, or the job publication has been activated through us and is currently active.

 : Gray - The job publication was activated through us/price inquiry and has expired.


In the Job Publication

 : Green - The job publication is active and can be viewed as a job advertisement by the applicant in the application portal linked to the job publication channel.
If it is a price inquiry with our media team, the status is as described above. 

 : Red - The job publication has expired after being scheduled via the calendar   or the status was set to OFF. 

 : Blue - The job publication scheduled via the calendar has ended. 

 : Green - A price inquiry has been sent to us, or the job publication has been activated through the media team and is currently active.

 : Gray - The publication was activated through us/price inquiry and has expired.


Status Multiposting (Job Posting Overview and Publication)

  : Green - The job publication is active on the job boards displayed by the multiposter.

  : Red - The job publication has expired after being active on the multiposter for the selected duration. 

  : Gray - The job publication is in the "In Progress" status on the multiposter. It is still being prepared for posting.


Notes

  • Only active or inactive multiposting publications from the last 2 weeks are displayed in the job opening overview to avoid unnecessarily long lists.

  • Using the button   /   in the job opening overview, the job opening can be activated or deactivated. This also deactivates or reactivates all publication channels that are still set to On.
