What Master Data is required?
In your company profile at kununu the following becomes visible:- Name of the Company of the Job Opening

Why is it necessary to select an application portal?
The application portal determines the layout of the kununu feedback questionnaire.

How can this be used with multiple companies?
It is possible for ratings for different companies/firms that you have in the system to be listed in the corresponding kununu profiles. The assignment is based on the company and location selected in d.vinci. You can check for your kununu profiles which companies/firms are included in your kununu profile. Call up your kununu profile and enter /hash after the URL. There you will see existing assignments. Please contact kununu to discuss which combinations of company/location from d.vinci should end up in which kununu profile. We cannot influence this.
Why is no questionnaire of the type kununu feedback questionnaire selectable in the questionnaires?

How to configure the kununu feedback questionnaire?
You have to configure the questionnaire for kununu: Get started with Feedback with kununu.
What is the introduction text for?
Above the Feedback Questionnaire an introduction text can be displayed.
This text is preset but you can change it to make it suitable for your company. You find it at the tab form in the kununu feedback questionnaire.
Feel free to provide information here about why you want the feedback and what will happen to the responses.
How can we add additional questions to the kununu feedback questionnaire
The questions in the segments Feedback, Before the interview, During thr Interview and After the interview are mandatory fields of kununu.
You can create additional questions by creating form fields with Type: applicant feedback.
These questions can be selected at the kununu feedback questionnaire as Additional Feedback Questions.
How can we remove questions?
The questions in the sections Before the Interview, During the Interview and After the Interview are provided by kununu and are mandatory fields.
Added Form Fields (see question before) can be removed again as well.
The kununu feedback appears for the wrong company. What can we do?
The company of the job opening is compared with existing kununu profiles by name of the company and the location of the company in the master data and gets matched by kununu. If there are any errors, please check which information you have entered in your d.vinci for the location of the company. If the entry is correct, please contact the support of kununu and point out that the matching of the companies is not correct.
When are the feedbacks submitted to kununu?
Kununu receives the data from the 27th of the previous month to the 26th of the current month. Depending on which day of the week the 27th of the current month falls on, the data is transferred to kununu. However, kununu may need time to import the data before the feedbacks are visible in your kununu company profile.
This means, for example:
An applicant has submitted the feedback on 27.09.2021. It will be visible on kununu at 29.10.2021 (a Monday).
A prerequisite for the transfer of the feedbacks to kununu is that the interface in the tab Partner Integrations at the Basic Settings is activated. More information: Get started with Feedback mit kununu
Why aren't the feedbacks visible on kununu?
The feedbacks will be given after the 27th for the past month. The date of the data transmission may not been reached. If it is past the transmission date, your interface may have been turned off in the Partner Integrations tab. The feedbacks cannot be transmitted for the past month. Therefore, please make sure that you have activated the transmission via the interface.

Why can't an applicant provide feedback?
In most cases, the applicant has already clicked on the link in the e-mail and submitted feedback. If he has already used the link to the kununu feedback questionnaire and sent his feedback, then he cannot give another feedback.
If this is not the case, it may be that the feedback is for an application that has already been deleted in your system. Either because the automatic deletion that removes the application from the system after X days or because the application was manually deleted.
Tip: Ask the applicant for timely feedback in the introduction text of the kununu feedback questionnaire or in the text of the correspondence.
How can we comment feedbacks?
In order to write a comment on a feedback, this feedback must first be transferred to kununu. If the feedback is visible in your company profile, you can respond to it as the owner of the company profile. A comment in your d.vinci is not possible.
Can an applicant change its submittet feedback?
A subsequent change is not possible. kununu explicitly excludes this.
It is also not possible to delete the feedback. kununu usually only deletes feedback because it violates the rules, for example because it is discriminatory, offensive, political, damaging to reputation, racist or vulgar.
Theoretically, if the feedback has not yet been transmitted, you could delete the applicant and create it again. However, this is absolutely not advisable, as you will lose the applicant history.
We have received feedback that should not get public. What can we do?
Individual feedbacks cannot be excluded from the transfer to kununu. Either all feedbacks of a transfer period (from the 27th of the previous month to the 26th of the current month) are transferred or no feedback is transferred to kununu if the interface was switched to inactive in the Basic Settings tab Partner Integration at the time of transfer.
Do we need a kununu employer profile?
You do not need a kununu employer profile. As soon as an initial feedback is transferred to kununu, a free employer profile is created. You can take over this profile afterwards.

How can the kununu support be contacted?
Open the kununu webseite. At the bottom of the page in the footer of the website is a help section. Please click through there until you find a contact option.
Position, company or location are displayed incorrectly on kununu. What can we do?
Submitted feedback cannot be changed or deleted. Before you ask an applicant for feedback with kununu, please check the data in your d.vinci. The decisive factor is what was entered as the position of the job publiation at the time of submission to kununu. Until the transmission started you can adjust the position in the job publication.At kununu these details may not be changed subsequently..
If a company is incorrectly assigned to your kununu company profile you can ask the kununu support for a change.
How can applicants be encouraged to provide feedback?
You can provide a kununu feedback questionnaire to the applicant by four ways:- By a manually triggered Status Change by correspondence with included questionnaire
- By Send Infoby correspondence with included questionnaire
- By a Automated Status Change by correspondence with included questionnaire
- By answering a message of an applicantby correspondence with included questionnaire

We have received feedback that violates the kununu rules by being discriminatory, offensive, political etc. What can we do?
You can view the full kununu rules here. The feedback must first be transmitted to kununu so that the content can be checked. After that you can contact the kununu support and ask for a solution. See also "When is feedback submitted to kununu?" and "How to contact kununu support?".
How can the feedbacks be evaluated?
You can create a graphical report of the type Applicant feedback or Applicant feedback: text answers in the reports. Select for Feedback questions the questions that you want to have displayed in the graph.
You can get a more detailed report by Excel raw data and the data Applicant feedback. This will include all responses from all applicant feedback questionnaires you may use.

Privacy Policy for the company
By activating the interface in the Partner Integrations tab in the basic settings, you have agreed to the transfer of feedbacks to kununu. With activation, the attachment subcontractor kununu applies and you agree that under our contract processing agreement NEW WORK SE (kununu) will become a subcontractor. Please contact your Data Protection Officer prior to activation.
There is no anonymization when processing the feedback. The feedback is stored separately from the applicant file.
Privacy Policy for the candidate
In the kununu Feedback Questionnaire in the tab Data you can activate a consent to privacy policy. Therefore you have to select Consent to Privacy Policy:

After the activation you can insert your individual text in the tab Form in the section Consent to privacy policy.
