TABLE OF CONTENTS

In d.vinci you can manage multiple companies with their own recruiting processes and individual requirements within one system. You can manage separate workflows, application status, roles, permissions, user groups, Publications, Job Ad Templates, set layouts (at extra cost) and much more for each organisational unit/subsidiary.

Multi-client capability

In this context, one often speaks of so-called client capability. Multi-client capability refers to a software or hardware system that several users can use simultaneously without being able to view the data of the other users.

We have deliberately chosen to have boundaries in this separation, as we want to optimise d.vinci in terms of flexibility and complexity to meet the needs of all our customers.

Please read this information carefully so you know what is possible.

System-URL

Your system runs over an internet address you set. The system URL. We recommend that you choose an address that includes all your companies, as it is not possible to run the system from two addresses. You would then have to pay for two systems.

Data storage

All data generated by the use of d.vinci is securely stored on a server and in a database. This ensures reliable and centralised management of your company data.

Administrators

In d.vinci, administrators can manage all configurations and data for all companies in the system on the highest organisational unit with the highest security level. This ensures efficient client management. Please make sure that you have at least one administrator with these rights in the system.

Forms and fields

The field schema configuration affects all forms created in the future or subsequently modified. The settings will be visible to all users equally.
Created form fields are available to all organisational units and companies. To make a distinction, you can add additional information such as the company name or the country in square brackets. Example fields: "[d.vinci] cost centre" or "[AT] pay grade".

System behaviour

Some aspects of the system behaviour in d.vinci are visible to all users and cannot be restricted to certain organisational units or companies. This applies, for example, to multiple applicant conflict management, special indicators, target groups, automated status changes, task definitions, etc. Please take these system-wide settings into account when configuring the system.

Best practice for optimal system configuration
