The preview function in job publications generates a preview under a link that is only valid for 3 seconds and cannot be accessed again afterward.
To have a permanent preview available, you can create a preview application portal. This allows you to access the preview without having to publish the job advertisement on a website.

Follow these steps:

1. Create a publication channel called "Preview".
2. Create an application portal.
   • Name*: Preview
   • URL Path: Preview
   • Organizational Unit*: The appropriate one
   • Job Publication Channel*: Preview
   • Layout*: The appropriate one
   • Languages*: The appropriate ones
   • Enable Job Advertisement: Yes
   • Fixed Job Advertisement Template: No
   • Job Advertisement Template: What should be displayed
   • Fixed Application Questionnaire: No
   • Application Questionnaire: The appropriate one
   • Application Import: Off
   • Indexing for Search Engines Enabled: No
   • Special Characteristics: None
3. Create the application portal.
4. Save the URL of the application portal. This allows you to access all job advertisements published with the "Preview" publication channel.
5. Open the tab Security. If necessary, enter IP Policy or enable SSO for Application Portal.
