How our customers use this
Since it is a mandatory field when publishing via StepStone, many customers have set the contract period as a mandatory field in the field schema configuration and always maintain it. It is also a fixed component in many job advertisement templates, as applicants want to see as much framework information about a job opening as possible before applying.
