You can filter tasks by task definition and user group filter. The filter with user group: Yes is always enabled by default. - Sorting
Tasks are always sorted by due date. The oldest tasks are displayed at the top in the overview of all tasks.
How our customers use this
Our customers use tasks to efficiently manage open to-dos in the recruitment process. For example, automatically created tasks remind users of pending decisions, such as approving a personnel request or inviting a candidate. This helps HR managers and specialist departments maintain an overview of the current process status and avoid delays.
