We have already implemented these functions
More information can be found in the release notes or in the release notes archive for recent years.
The currently planned functions can be found in the What's next.
Simplified configuration, design, and integration of job lists
Previously, our assistance was required to configure or modify your job list.
In the future, you will have more flexibility in designing job lists yourself.
- You can easily set the font, colors, background colors, and much more.
- With the help of filters, applicants can quickly find the right job.
- If you have a specific target group or location in mind, you can create a job list with predefined filters that only displays corresponding results.
- The resulting JavaScript widget can be embedded on your website or any other website.
- If an agency is responsible for your website, the code can also be sent by email.
- You can copy existing job lists.
- You will see a list of websites where the job list is displayed.
- You can select a previously created job list in the application portal.
- You will see a live preview of how the job list will look on the respective website.
- You can adopt basic data on colors, etc., from the layout.
Introduction of Two-Factor Authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is a security measure designed to further secure access to your system. Users must use two separate methods to verify their identity before they can log in. This significantly increases security, as unauthorized individuals may have the password, but ideally no access to the second verification method. This enhances the security standard of our software and better meets the requirements of your data protection experts.
Integration of Job Videos
We are working on the new feature "Job Video." This will allow you to create a text-based video from an existing job opening. This way, you can draw attention to this position on your website, in the job advertisement, or on social media channels, and also reach applicants who do not like to read job postings.
Calendar Integration Plus via Graph API
To improve seamless planning and appointment management directly within our platform, we will integrate the Graph API with the Calendar Integration Plus.
Clear and intuitive navigation
We aim to offer you the most intuitive navigation in our d.vinci products and therefore plan certain updates to the user interface in the long term.
- New menu and new header
With a slightly changed menu and adjusted header, you will be able to use d.vinci products faster and find your way around much more easily.
Increase transparency through HR data
- Evaluate reporting data in BI tools
In the future, the following data can be retrieved and displayed via the OData reporting API:
- Data from Hiring Requests
- Data from Onboardings
- Data from Applicant Feedback
- Data on Job Costs
- Data from the Event Module
- Set IP policy per service
Via the IP policy, access to d.vinci can be restricted to specific IP addresses to prevent unauthorized access. However, this also prevents some external services, such as BI tools, from accessing data in d.vinci if they do not have a fixed IP. With the update, IP policies can be defined individually per service (e.g., reporting interface), ensuring security and convenience go hand in hand.
- Connect BI Tools
You can transfer your recruiting data to business intelligence tools to perform complex and customized analyses.
- Export user lists to Excel
You can analyze existing users and check their permissions.
Improve employer branding through company reviews
- Receive kununu Ratings
Applicants can use a feedback form to rate the application process on kununu. You can use the feedback to improve your application processes. The more positive ratings you receive, the better your company’s image will be.
Save time processing applications
- Select message recipients for HR service providers
Until now, communication via d.vinci has taken place either with the applicant or the HR service provider. In the recruiting process, however, the contact person may change. For better communication with both parties, you can decide when sending messages whether they go to one or all parties.
Save time scheduling appointments
- Book rooms
You can create rooms in d.vinci and add them as participants in appointments. When checking the availability of participants, the availability of the selected rooms is also considered, ensuring a room is available when appointments are made.
- Simultaneously send invitations for various job interviews
To save time, you can invite multiple applicants simultaneously for individual appointments on the same day.
- Integrate calendars
Your d.vinci system can preview and visualize the calendars of participants. Thus, when creating an appointment, you can directly see their availability.
- Connect popular calendars
You can connect your d.vinci system to popular calendars like Apple iCloud, Google Calendar, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office365, Microsoft Outlook.
- Send invitations from within the calendar
You can create appointment invitations directly in the calendar and see confirmed appointments and cancellations.
- Connect all calendars in the organization centrally
Instead of individual users connecting their calendars, calendar integration can be managed centrally. This allows for a company-wide setup and maintenance with minimal effort.
- Allow applicants to pick appointment dates
Instead of suggesting appointment times to applicants, they can choose from a list of available appointments. The list considers all participants' availability, so the selected appointment is confirmed immediately. This makes scheduling with applicants faster, more convenient, and applicant-centric.
Manage large organizations
- External display names for locations
Companies with complex structures need more options to differentiate their individual locations (e.g., branches). Through internal display names, locations in the d.vinci system can be better distinguished. For example, the external location "Hamburg" can be internally divided by districts. This allows you to represent your company structure in the system more precisely without exposing this complexity externally.
