 Data

In the Data tab, the basic configurations of the questionnaire are set and a individual input confirmation can be specified.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the page Questionnaire
  2. Click on the name of the questionnaire with the type application questionnaire where you need to adjust the data. The Questionnaire page with opened tab Data will be displayed.
  3. Click the  icon next to the area to be adjusted. (Properties or Confirmation Email).

    HR service providers

    If the email address of a HR service provider has been saved in the form, the confirmation email is always be sent to them - otherwise it is sent to the applicant.

  4. Tune the settings as you need them.
  5. Click  Update to save the entries.

 Intro Page

The Intro Page is located before the application form. If the Candidate Experience Module is activated, your applicants can choose their preferred application channel here (XING or LinkedIn profile, Dropbox upload, etc.). But even without the Candidate Experience module, the preview page can be displayed and customized with individual information.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the page Questionnaire
  2. Click on the name of the questionnaire with the type application questionnaire where you need to customize the Intro Page. The page questionnaire will be displayed.
  3. Click the tab Intro Page
  4. Click the  icon next to the area you want to customize (Introduction, Apply with... or Footer). 
  5. Enter the desired content as introductory text and in the footer in the editor. Besides simple text, images or videos are also possible.
  6. In the card Apply with ... you determine which application possibilities you want to offer in this application form.

    Notice  

    If you cannot activate another application option (e.g. apply with XING profile) at this point, the Candidate Experience Module is not enabled or not set up. (Feel free to contact us if you need to use the module - we're happy to help!)

  7. Click  Update to save the entries.


You cannot  change the buttons. If you would like to make a change here, please contact us with precise details of the desired design. We will talk to you about your requirements, check the effort and, if necessary, send you a quote.


 Form 

In the application form, an applicant provides more detailed information about himself or herself, his or her background and skills.


Notice  

Additional fields can be added to the applicant form by screening questions.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open page Questionnaire.  
  2. Click on the name of the questionnaire where you want to adapt the form. The Questionnaire page will be displayed.
  3. Click at the tab Form.
  4. Click the  icon in the area you want to customize (Additional Properties, Introduction Text, Consent of Legal Guardians for Applicants Below 16 Years of Age, Content to privacy Policy, consent to extended use) or press the image or click for image upload to display an image above the application form.
  5. Enter the information you want to use and select whether fields should be displayed as mandatory, optional or hidden .
    Available fields:
  6. Click  Update to save the input.


You do not have access to the display of the position and the buttons . Should you wish to make a change here, please contact us with precise details of the desired design. We will discuss your requirements and will be happy to assess the effort required for implementation.


Notice  

We recommend keeping the application form as short as possible to reduce the bounce rate of applicants.
A later request for further information on the application can also be easily mapped via questionnaires linked to statuses.


 Confirmation Page

Each application form includes an Confirmation Page that is displayed to the applicant after submitting the application form


Notice  

By default, the sentence displayed there is: "We have received your application. Thank you very much."

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the pageQuestions
  2. Drink to the name of the questionnaire with type Application Questionnaire, where you need to customize the Confirmation Page.
  3. Customize tab Confirmation Page. 
  4. Click on the  icon next to the Confirmation card. The text editor is displayed.
  5. Enter the desired content into the editor.
  6. Click  Update to save the input.


Add-panorama-image

You can add a Panorama image for the order page; You can upload a panoramic image by clicking on the   Click for image upload button.  

The panorama image display depends on the type of job advertisement template. If you use a job ad template of type Liquid Design with the applicant form and no image is entered in the other tabs of the questionnaire, the panorama image will be displayed on the confirmation page üacross the entire width of the screen.


Recommended properties

The recommended aspect ratio is 5:2, the optimal resolution is 1140×4 pixels. The maximum size is 250 KB. 


Modify / delete panorama image.
To change the panorama image, press the   icon. To delete your panorama image, press the  icon.
