v2024.08 (04/18/2024)

The new Employee Portal   ANNOUNCEMENT   From 14 May, you can use the new employee portal. You and your onboardees can expect an innovative design, the option to use it as an app, access to previously uploaded documents for the onboardee and much more. Find out more about the benefits and new features of the employee portal here: Employee Portal Your to-do On 14 May, we will switch all systems to the new employee portal. To ensure that your onboardees can use it optimally, you will need to make minor adjustments before and after the changeover. See here: Checklist: Switching to the new employee portal We will inform your admins of the necessary changes via a flash message. You will also find further information under the menu item Employee Portal Configurations.

REST API - ID of the application    ^Better  

If you get information about onboarding via the REST API, you can now also access the application ID via the API and thus link the onboarding data record with the data record from applicant management. We have adapted our documentation accordingly.

Display on small screens corrected   ^Fixed  

On smaller screens, the menu icon  was occasionally not displayed, which made navigation more difficult. We have corrected this by optimising the display of the headings. Headings are automatically shortened if there is not enough space and marked with "..." at the end. The menu icon should now remain visible on small screens.

Correspondences Template - Placeholder    ^Fixed  

If the onboardees were sent a correspondence template with the placeholder Employee Portal - Login Link, this had not generated a link. The links in correspondences that were initially sent for registration were not affected.

Onboarding - Responsibilities   ^Fixed  

If a user was removed from the responsibilities in the onboarding and this was saved, the user reappeared as a responsibility afterwards. We have fixed this.

Onboarding - Tab: Additional information   ^Fixed  

If errors were made in onboarding in the form of the Additional Information, the previously selected information was lost in certain constellations. We have corrected this.

We are currently focusing all our efforts on fine-tuning the new employee portal. We are almost there and look forward to launching the improved Employee Portal in the coming weeks.

Our work on the new version of the employee portal ist almost complete. Pretty soon, we will be making the new portal available to you. With this release, we are also bringing you two improvements:

Portal Task - Purpose We have noticed that the purpose "Inform Onboardee" was not always interpreted as intended when creating a portal task. Therefore, we have adopted the way a list of options is displayed when creating and editing portal tasks as you are familiar with from task and task templates. The portal tasks are now divided into the following groups according to purpose: Tasks for the onboardee Request Action Request Further Information Request Acknowledgement Request Confirmation of Participation Information about finished task Inform Onboardee

Interface Icons - Display To keep up with the latest developments in software design, we have updated our icons from the Font Awesome family system-wide to the latest version. The design of the current icons differs only minimally from the previous version: Should you nevertheless stumble upon a broken icon on the user interface, please write to us at service-desk@dvinci.de so that we can correct it promptly. Thank you!
