Some fields in your d.vinci get their contents from lists that can be maintained by administrators. This reference data is referred to as master data.
Master data is basic data that can be called up and selected at various points in your d.vinci. For example in: Hiring Requests, Job Openings, Job Publications, Job Advertisements, Correspondences, Application Forms and many more.
The creation of master data makes your work easier, since you do not have to enter values manually, but can select them from a list.
Master data are divided into fixed categories. Any number of master data can be created within the categories.
