System behavior

  • Requirements
What is needed to create career pages.

    • Permissions
To access the page Career Pages and create one, you need the Career Pages | Access permission in the user role.

  • Building Blocks
Career pages are built using a modular system that allows you to quickly and easily create your career page or landing page with various building blocks. More information on the purpose of each block can be found in the "Notes on configuration" section.

  • Order of Building Blocks

The framework consists of the header and footer blocks. The others can be arranged in any order. The six dots   in front of the block indicate that you can move them by dragging and dropping. Simply click on the block, hold it, and drag it to the desired position.

  • Live Preview
Next to the input options for the blocks, you will see a live preview that immediately displays the changes.

  • CI Compliance
You can adapt the career pages and landing pages to your corporate design or corporate identity. You can use your logo, and we provide various fonts, text formatting, and colors to ensure the created pages seamlessly integrate into your online presence or reflect your brand.

  • Accessibility
The career pages and landing pages generally meet accessibility requirements.
However, the level of accessibility depends on the colors and fonts you choose. Please ensure good color contrasts. There are many free tools available online to help you optimize the colors. Simply search for "color contrast checker," choose one, and enter the colors you have set in the Design section.

  • Search Engine Optimization
Every page you create with our d.vinci career pages is technically optimized for Google & Google for Jobs – for maximum visibility of your job postings.

  • Expanding the Link to the Career Page or Landing Page
The link always consists of your system URL, a /career, and then /NameOfYourCareerPageOrLandingPage
    Example:
    https://www.examplesystem.com/career/CareerPageOrLandingPage
If you are considering changing your system URL, you can find information here:
Domain change/switch to a custom domain

    • Page views in the last 30 days

    • Average page views per month

  • Notes on configuration

Note: At least three pages or empty (first page)
    • Type
You can choose between the types Career Page and Landing Pages .
Currently, this is only a distinction in the designation to help you better categorize the pages.
      • Design
Clicking the palette icon  takes you to the Design section. Here, you define the appearance framework of your pages. These settings apply to the entire career page or landing page you create.
      • Translation

      • Settings
Clicking the gear icon  takes you to the Settings.
Here, you can make central configurations for your career page or landing page – from SEO titles to preview texts for social media to analyzing page views.
      • Preview and Device View

Using the buttons, you can switch between mobile view   and desktop view   to see how your career page is displayed on different devices.

      • Available Building Blocks
      • Save
You can click the Save button to save the changes and refine them later.
      • Publish
Click the Publish button to save the page and make it visible externally.
A link to the page will be displayed, which you can insert on any website.

How our customers use this

Smaller companies often use our career page as a replacement for an agency solution or as a career page that can be created without technical knowledge or marketing expertise.

Larger companies use our career page as a central element of their employer brand and combine it with landing pages for campaigns, social recruiting, or events.

The advantage, in any case, is the quick and agency-independent creation, which allows changes at any time.
